Donetsk, Nov 26 – DAN. Head of the DPR People’s Militia command press service Daniil Bezsonov has announced that Ukrainian army is building up forces along the contact line.

“Ukrainian operational-tactical groups Vostok (East) and Sever (North) have been instructed to reinforce frontline defense by attracting forces guarding ammunition and property depots. We note reinforcement of Ukrainian units along the contact line. Besides, our intelligence reports that all Ukrainian army units were put on full combat alert this night.”

Ukraine’s President Petr Poroshenko proposed on Monday night that parliament declare martial law in the country following the provocation in the Black Sea staged by Kiev. On Sunday, two Ukrainian armored artillery vessels and a tugboat illegally entered Russian territorial waters and began maneuvering dangerously and ignoring instructions with the aim of stirring up tensions in a staged attempt to break-through into the Azov Sea through the Kerch Strait. Russian military was forced to attack and seize three navy ships to re-establish security in the area.

Pending parliamentary approval expected today at 5 p.m, (2 p.m. GMT) Ukraine is poised to introduce martial law for two months from Monday. *ot
