Kiev forces violate ceasefire three times in 24 hours

Donetsk, Jan 25 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire three times over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

“Over the past 24 hours, the number of registered violations was three, eight rounds were fired,” the report reads.

Grenade launcher, RPG and SPG fire was directed at the Volvo Center in Donetsk, Shakhta Gagarina in Gorlovka.

Grenade launchers and small arms were used.

In the morning, Ukrainian forces opened grenade launcher fire at Gorlovka.

In the previous reporting period, the enemy violated the ceasefire eight times. On Saturday, seven violations were reported.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
