Donetsk, Apr 7 – DAN. Ukrainian armed forces amassing military might along the contact line in Donbass is a sign of its readiness to commence full-fledged offensive against the region, DPR Head Denis Pushilin said at his press conference.

“The amount of equipment that has been deployed to the contact line, the amount of troops concentrated along the line testifies to the fact that Ukraine is ready to renew the military action,” he said.

Pushilin emphasized that the DPR is ready for any developments.

“Donbass does not want war, Donbass will not start a war. Donbass will do everything possible to settle the conflict with diplomacy, ” he said.

The Additional Measures to Strengthen the Ceasefire were signed at the Contact Group meeting on July 22 to reinforce and control the indefinite ceasefire in effect since July 21, 2019, the latest in the series of more than 20 reconfirmation and announcements of the “silence regime”.
