Donetsk, Feb 4 – DAN. Kiev representatives do not admit the detention of 149 persons in connection with the Donbass conflict, Donetsk People’s Republic ombudswoman Darya Morozova told the Donetsk News Agency.

“We’re currently looking for 149 DPR supporters in Ukrainian territory,” Morozova said. “As of today, Ukraine has not confirmed a single person on that list.”

The search for them in Ukraine is conducted on the strength of the reports on their detention by Kiev secret services, which are sent to the DPR ombudswoman’s office. The latest report came in last week, she said.

According to the ombudswoman’s information, there are up to 500 people on the list of the missing persons. The DPR does not rule out that they can be in Ukrainian captivity, too.*jk
