Donetsk, Jan 14 – DAN. The DPR has identified Ukrainian commander responsible for shelling Dokuchayevsk and damaging a multi-apartment house, said the head of the DPR People’s Militia HQ press service Daniil Bezsonov.

“Aimed fire on Dokuchayevsk opened by the troops of the 128 mountain assault brigade was ordered by a war criminal Sobko. Windows were shattered in a multi-apartment residential building on the Polevaya street. Luckily, no civilians were hurt.”

Bezsonov said the number of incidents involving direct Ukrainian aggression is growing. He urged international observers to tackle the situation.

“I call on the OSCE mission to condemn aggressive actions and take measures to make the Ukrainian side refrain from terrorist methods of war.”

Two houses have been damaged in Dokuchayevsk by Ukrainian shelling this year. In addition, Ukrainian troops outside a Yasinovataya pumping station fired at a Voda Donbassa vehicle on January 10, injuring three employees of the water company. The enemy also uses heavy mortars and tanks to shell the DPR. *ot
