DPR reports 216 new COVID-19 cases over 24 hours

Donetsk, Jun 8 – DAN. Two hundred and sixteen new COVID-19 cases have been diagnosed in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the DPR Healthcare Ministry reported on Tuesday.

“DPR medics carried out 588 tests on June 7; 149 people tested positive and another 67 showed clinical and epidemiological signs of COVID-19,” the report said.

Three hundred and five patients have been de-registered after full recovery and 26 have died since Monday.

The DPR currently has 40,179 confirmed COVID-19 cases; 32,394 patients recovered, 4,735 continue treatment and 3,050 died, according to the latest reports.*jk
