Donetsk, Dec 28 – DAN. Ukrainian trains with dozens of tanks, self-propelled artillery and armoured vehicles arrived to Krasnoarmeisk and Konstantinovka railway stations, said DPR People's Militia deputy chief-of-staff Eduard Basurin citing intelligence.

"Despite the fact that martial law has been formally lifted, Ukraine reinforces its units in Donbass. Trains with the equipment of 93rd brigade have arrived to Krasnoarmeisk and Konstantinovka railway stations carrying 30 tansks, 10 self-propelled artillery systems, 20 IFVs and APCs, 50 vehicles."

Basurin said the delivery is meant to reinforce the 92nd mechanized brigade located between Gorlovka and Donetsk. According to the intelligence, Ukrainian units positioned 20 T-64 tanks, 20 mortars and eight 122 mm D-30 howitzers in hangars and warehouses in eastern Mariupol.

Earlier on Wednesday Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko said at the National security council meeting that martial law had expired. It was imposed on November 26 in 10 regions, inclusing Donbass, following Kerch incident. Poroshenko first tabled a 60-day martial law to facilitate presidential election postponement, but lawmakers endorsed draft law on a 30-day martial law.

DPR Head Denis Pushilin said in his live TV Q&A on Thursday that DPR's large scale intelligence and mass media campaign against plotted affensive in Donbass foiled plans of the Ukrainian military. *ot
