Kiev forces violate ceasefire nine times firing 60-plus rounds

Donetsk, Mar 25 – DAN. The Ukrainian armed forces violated the ceasefire nine times in 24 hours firing more than 60 rounds at the Donetsk People’s Republic, head of the DPR Mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination Ruslan Yakubov said.

“Over the past 24 hours the enemy violated the ceasefire nine times, firing 62 shells, ” Yakubov said.

Spartak, Shakhta Trudovskaya, Aleksandrovka, airport area, Dolomitnoye, Vasilyevka, Leninskoye, Sakhanka were targeted with 82 mm and 120 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms of large caliber.

In the previous reporting period, Kiev violated the ceasefire six times, firing 40 rounds.

The rounds under 12.7 mm caliber are excluded from daily reports.

This morning, Kiev forces opened fire on Leninskoye with mortars.

A new recommitment to the ceasefire in Donbass has come into force on Friday, 1.01 a.m. GMT +3, after the security working group of the Contact Group had agreed to it on the previous day.

At 1.05 a.m. Kiev forces opened 120 mm mortar fire on Alexandrovka, western Donetsk. *ot*pp
