Donetsk, Apr 14 - DAN. Thirteen houses in the Staromikhailovka settlement in western Donetsk were damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces on Tuesday morning, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

“Thirteen houses were damaged; the strike wrecked six roofs, three frontages and three utility sheds and started a fire at one household,” the JCCC said.

Earlier reports said that Kiev army units opened sporadic BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle cannon fire at the Staromikhailovka neighbourhood at 7:50, local time, on Tuesday. No civilian casualties were reported.


Damage to property was recorded at 35 Dnepropetrovskaya Street, 36 Ivan Marchenko Street, 38 Ivan Marchenko Street, 42 Ivan Marchenko Street, 50 Ivan Marchenko Street, 11 Oktyabrskaya Street, 69 Oktyabrskaya Street, 30 Chkalov Street, 32 Chkalov Street, 37 Chkalov Street, 39 Chkalov Street, 43 Chkalov Street and 45 Chkalov Street.*jk
