Donetsk, Aug 30 – DAN. The POW exchange between the Republics and Ukraine may transpire in late September on condition that Ukraine completes all necessary procedures, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
“We hope that Ukrainian side fulfills its obligations and by late September we carry out the prisoner exchange. Kiev has no right to fail the agreements, as every number is in a fact a person with a family, mother, father, and children. We have given them a hope and they await the liberation of their loved ones.”
Morozova called on Kiev not to politicize the exchange process.
DPR representatives at the Contact Group expect the Ukrainian side to update them on preparedness to the prisoner exchange, she said earlier today.
